As a man flew home, he overheard a conversation. The man sitting behind him said, “I’ve got more communications problems than I know how to handle....it’s like putting together a jigsaw puzzle. I can see all the pieces, but I don’t how to put them together”. His traveling companion asked, “What kind of pieces”. “I need to optimize my communications. With my own employees, my clients, and my potential clients. And, I need to ensure I’m communicating with these people through the most effective, and efficient media....networks, advertising, sales materials, the internet, there’s just so many options”. The companion then asked, “What’s the real problem”?
The man answered, “For me to fit all these pieces together I'll have to talk to one company for my networks and software: another my advertising and marketing; and yet another to develop my internet strategies. I just wish there was a single source that could do it all for me. As the plane landed and came to a stop at the gate, the man listening to the conversation rose from his seat, turned around, and presented the man with a business card. As he handed the man the card, he said “Your puzzle has just been solved”. The man took the card, and looked at it. It read:
